The meeting opened at 6:30 p.m. by President Roger Crouse. The secretary's report was read and accepted.
Reports
The First Vice President reported that the sophomore class eting help with the concert. We will have several pledges helping them. We are planning on having more ride board set up in various films.
We opened to set up a system of coat checking with the Student Union.
The Second Vice President reported that 13 pledges and big brothers went on the pledge project at hillside school where they attempted to paint two rooms and do some outside choice.
The boards of review will be held Tuesday, November 30 from 631.
Election of pledges will be December 1, and initiation Friday, December 10.
There is no Third Vice President's report.
The Treasurer reported that we made $8 or $10 on the movie.
New Business
Move: to change the dues from four dollars after $2.50. $.50 to C.A., two dollars to 315. Any monies in conclave will be left there, and any projects done to earn money for the conclave should be added to it. Effective next semester MSP.
Move: that the classification of Brian Douilette, Karl Polson and Steve Britannic be changed active. The classification of Mel Kimmel to the inactive. MSPU.
Move: to accept Loyola University as a member chapter. MSP.
